  Arrived and were able to drop bags 1/2 hr early. Went for walk and returned at 4.30. Cleaning lady still cleaning. She left at 5.00. Did a walk around and... read more found : place was still not clean, no plugs for kitchen sink, no dish towels, no spices, not even salt & pepper (no big deal). Master bedroom had no lights or ceiling fan working working (fan and light are for decoration only), jacuzzi tub had no facet, just shower nozzle and tap. Second bedroom had one table lamp, no ceiling light or fan, no mirror over sink (shave ??). Pool had 2 usable loungers & probably hadn`t run for months, full of leaves (nothing like pics). Strong odor from the 3 dogs that lived next door. Posting states no pets. I have a severe dog allergy. Dogs were allowed downstairs, even after extra cleaning, I could not sit on the chair or couch. Next morning noticed 3 coffee cups only. We booked for 4 people. I used a wine glass. Dylan did rectify most of our requests 3-4 days into our 9 day stay. Very disappointed.

  We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in St. Lucia. Our hosts were incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions. Checking in was seamless, and they went above... read more and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

A few notes for future guests: the main level doesn’t have air conditioning, but there’s a ceiling fan that keeps it comfortable most of the time. If needed, they also offer a stand-up fan. In the second bedroom with twin beds, the bathroom window couldn’t be closed, and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms weren’t turning on—though we didn’t need them, we wanted to let them know in case they needed to check them out.

There weren’t any initial directions to the pool or trash, but the hosts provided those quickly upon request. They also graciously offered us a late checkout, which was much appreciated. We even found a thoughtful bottle of Prosecco waiting for us upon arrival!

  Tuscany Villas is in a great location 5 minutes walk to the beach about 8-10 minutes walk to restaurants/bars/bank/super market. The villa looks like the pictures, the space was clean... read more with few amenities. AC and hot water. Ideal for families as the twin beds are hard for adults 😊. The host was responsive and accommodating.

Only negatives are, a couple of light bulbs didn’t work and not sufficient amenities we ran out of toilet paper. There is a pool as pictured however it rained heavily and frequently during our stay so we didn’t utilize it.
